I&M Electric only accepts returns made within the first 21 days from shipment.**
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 21-day period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner’s manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Warranty processing times usually takes 4-8 weeks.

You will receive an RA# within 12-48 hours.
Once you have received the RA# via email from I&M Electric Ltd you can pack up your box.
Include a copy of original web receipt.
You are responsible for All shipping costs for returned items. We will only refund the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Upon receipt and examination of your product, an exchange or refund will be given.
